Duke krijuar një llogari ose duke përdorur bisedën në aplikacionin EjaLuajm, ti pranon këto kushte.

1. Përdorimi

• Aplikacioni ofron lojëra tradicionale shqiptare, si Murlan dhe Domino, për argëtim.
• Duhet të jesh të paktën 13 vjeç.
• Je përgjegjës për sigurinë e llogarisë sate.

2. Toleranca zero për përmbajtje fyese

Nuk tolerojmë asnjë përmbajtje fyese apo sjellje abuzive. Ndalohen:

• fyerjet, gjuha vulgare, ngacmimi, kërcënimet dhe gjuha e urrejtjes;
• përmbajtja seksuale, dhuna dhe përmbajtja e paligjshme;
• spam-i, mashtrimi dhe imitimi i personave të tjerë;
• emrat e përdoruesit dhe fotot e profilit me përmbajtje të tillë.

3. Raportimi, bllokimi dhe masat

• Mesazhet dhe emrat e përdoruesit kalojnë nëpër një filtër automatik. Mesazhet fyese bllokohen para se t'i shohin të tjerët.
• Pranë çdo mesazhi ka butonin ⚑ për ta raportuar dërguesin ose për ta bllokuar. Bllokimi ndalon menjëherë mesazhet, reagimet dhe ftesat mes jush.
• Raportet shqyrtohen brenda 24 orësh. Përmbajtja që shkel këto kushte hiqet dhe llogaria përgjegjëse pezullohet ose mbyllet përgjithmonë.
• Një llogari e mbyllur për shkelje nuk mund të krijohet sërish me të njëjtin email ose me të njëjtën llogari sociale.

4. Monedhat virtuale

Monedhat fitohen vetëm duke luajtur. Nuk kanë vlerë monetare, nuk blihen, nuk këmbehen për para dhe nuk rimbursohen. Aplikacioni nuk përmban bixhoz me para reale.

5. Fshirja e llogarisë

Mund ta fshish llogarinë kurdo te Profili → Fshi llogarinë ose përmes lojrashqip.com/delete-account. Për të dhënat personale shih Politikën e Privatësisë.

6. Mohim përgjegjësie

Shërbimi ofrohet "siç është", pa garanci funksionimi të pandërprerë ose pa gabime. Nuk mbajmë përgjegjësi për humbje që rrjedhin nga përdorimi i aplikacionit, në masën e lejuar nga ligji.

7. Ndryshimet

Mund t'i përditësojmë këto kushte. Për ndryshime thelbësore do të të kërkojmë t'i pranosh sërish brenda aplikacionit.

By creating an account or using chat in the EjaLuajm app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the app

• The app offers traditional Albanian games, such as Murlan and Domino, for entertainment.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are prohibited:

• insults, profanity, harassment, threats and hate speech;
• sexual, violent or illegal content;
• spam, fraud and impersonation;
• usernames and profile photos containing such content.

3. Reporting, blocking and enforcement

• Chat messages and usernames pass an automatic filter. Offensive messages are blocked before other players see them.
• Every chat message has a flag button ⚑ to report or block the sender. Blocking immediately stops messages, reactions and invitations between the two players.
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed, and the responsible account is suspended or permanently closed.
• An account closed for violations cannot be created again with the same email address or social sign-in account.

4. Virtual coins

Coins are earned only by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, exchanged for money or refunded. The app contains no real-money gambling.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time under Profili → Fshi llogarinë (Profile → Delete account) or at lojrashqip.com/delete-account. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will ask you to accept them again in the app.
