Kjo politikë shpjegon si aplikacioni EjaLuajm ("ne", "aplikacioni") mbledh, përdor dhe mbron të dhënat e tua kur përdor lojën (Murlan dhe lojëra të tjera).
Përpunojmë të dhënat për të përmbushur shërbimin që kërkon (kontrata), me pëlqimin tënd (p.sh. foto profili), dhe për interesa legjitime (siguri, përmirësim).
Nuk i shesim të dhënat e tua. I ndajmë vetëm me ofrues që mundësojnë shërbimin:
Google Sign-In përdor identifikues llogarie/pajisjeje dhe IP për hyrjen, sigurinë dhe analizën e shërbimit. Deklarimi i SDK-së iOS përfshin gjithashtu emër, email, telefon, vendndodhje të përafërt, të dhëna përdorimi dhe të dhëna të tjera sipas funksioneve/autorizimeve të tij. Loja nuk kërkon drejtpërdrejt numrin e telefonit ose vendndodhjen GPS. Shih privatësinë e Google Sign-In dhe privatësinë e Expo.
Pëlqimi për reklamat. Në versionet me reklama, Google UMP kontrollon nëse kërkohet pëlqimi dhe shfaq formularin përkatës, përfshirë në Zonën Ekonomike Evropiane, Mbretërinë e Bashkuar dhe Zvicër. Reklamat kërkohen vetëm kur UMP lejon kërkesën; në varësi të zgjedhjes dhe disponueshmërisë mund të shfaqen reklama të kufizuara ose të mos shfaqet reklamë. Ne kërkojmë vetëm reklama jo të personalizuara. Kur Google kërkon mundësinë për të rishikuar zgjedhjen, ajo është te Profili → Cilësimet e reklamave. Në iPhone/iPad nuk kërkojmë leje ATT dhe nuk kërkojmë akses në IDFA. Në Android leja e identifikuesit të reklamave dhe lejet AdServices mbeten të bllokuara. Reklamat jo të personalizuara mund të përdorin ende të dhëna për shfaqjen, matjen dhe sigurinë e reklamave.
Fjalëkalimet ruhen të hash-uara (bcrypt). Token-at e rifreskimit Apple, kur ruhen, janë të enkriptuar në server dhe përdoren për revokimin e autorizimit gjatë fshirjes. Të dhënat e llogarisë ruhen në serverët tanë deri në fshirjen e saj, me përjashtimet e moderimit dhe regjistrave teknikë të përshkruara më poshtë. Marrim masa të arsyeshme teknike për t'i mbrojtur, por asnjë sistem nuk është 100% i sigurt.
Mund ta fshish llogarinë brenda aplikacionit: Profili → Fshi llogarinë. Pas konfirmimit dhe përfundimit me sukses, hiqen llogaria, fotoja, statistikat, miqësitë dhe përmbajtjet e lidhura me identifikuesin e llogarisë; sesionet aktive mbyllen. Për llogaritë Apple revokohet edhe autorizimi i ruajtur. Për llogari të vjetra pa token të ruajtur, aplikacioni të udhëzon ta shkëputësh manualisht nga Apple pasi të fshihet llogaria.

Aplikacioni nuk u drejtohet fëmijëve nën moshën 13 vjeç. Nuk mbledhim me vetëdije të dhëna nga fëmijë nën këtë moshë.

This policy explains how the EjaLuajm app collects, uses, and protects your data.
To create and manage your account, enable gameplay/matches/friends/chat, confirm your email (6-digit code), improve the app, respond to feedback, ensure security, and show ads so the game stays free for everyone.
We do not sell your data. We share only with providers that enable the service: Google/Apple/Facebook (if you use social sign-in), Google AdMob (ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention in versions with ads enabled), the email (SMTP) provider, our server hosting, and Expo/EAS.
Ad consent. In versions with ads, Google UMP checks whether consent is required and presents the applicable form, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Ads are requested only when UMP permits a request; depending on your choices and availability, limited ads or no ad may be shown. We request only non-personalised ads. When Google requires an option to revisit your choice, it appears under Profile → Ad settings. On iPhone/iPad, we do not request ATT permission or access to the IDFA. On Android, the advertising-ID permission and AdServices permissions remain blocked. Non-personalised ads may still use data for ad delivery, measurement and security.
Expo/EAS update checks send an installation identifier and version information, support aggregate usage statistics and may include a previous fatal error for diagnostics. Google Sign-In uses account/device identifiers and IP addresses for authentication, security and service analytics. Its iOS SDK privacy declaration also includes name, email, phone number, coarse location, usage and other data according to its features/authorizations. The game does not directly request your phone number or GPS location. See Google Sign-In privacy and Expo privacy.
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Apple refresh tokens, when stored, are encrypted on the server and used to revoke authorization when an account is deleted.
Delete your account in the app via Profile → Delete account ("Profili → Fshi llogarinë"). After confirmation and successful completion, your account, photo, statistics, friendships and content associated with your account identifier are removed and active sessions are closed. Stored Apple authorization is also revoked. For legacy accounts without a stored Apple token, the app explains how to revoke Apple access manually after account deletion.
Moderation bans and warnings may be retained to prevent abuse. Technical server logs are used for security and diagnostics. For access, correction or retention questions, contact info@lojrashqip.com. See the account deletion instructions.
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
